Jonathan Ravelin's Case Against Tax Authority Over False Death Declaration

A paper form and a false signature were enough for Jonathan Ravelin to be incorrectly declared dead. With the help of the Center for Justice, he sued the state – and now he hopes that the court will establish that the Tax Authority's checks are not sufficient. The whole idea is that this should not affect anyone else, he says.
