School housed for the second time – "frustrating"

At a school in Lindesberg in Örebro, students were taken into custody for the second time in a month. On both occasions, it was a false alarm. We don't understand how it's possible. It's so frustrating, says head of administration Michael Tybell to Nerikes Allehanda.
