The man is being held for arson and two counts of vandalism, one of which is aggravated.
"The Court of Appeal decided, unlike the District Court, that the man should be detained on suspicion of arson in the villa at Stora Essingen in April and also for aggravated vandalism and vandalism at other locations in Stockholm during the same month," says District Prosecutor Gustav Andersson in a press release.
