Rents ready for 2026 - must be halved

3.4 percent - that's how much the average rent for the country's tenants will increase in 2026. It's the lowest increase in several years, but still "abnormally" high, according to the Tenants' Association. "How will people afford it?" asks the association's chairwoman, Marie Linder.
