US will not extend oil exemption for Russian and Iranian oil at sea

U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent says the U.S. does not plan to extend a temporary sanctions waiver that allows Russian oil stranded at sea to be sold to other countries. The waiver for Iranian oil at sea will also not be renewed.
