FI: Don't borrow for the holidays - risk of an unpleasant aftertaste

In July, Swedes take out the most unsecured loans. But borrowing for the holidays can be expensive, the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority warns. "The risk is that you live beyond your means and are left with a rather unpleasant aftertaste from the summer when the loans have to be repaid," says the authority's consumer protection economist, Moa Langemark.
