Dangerous avalanche situation in the north - unique in ten years

There is a significant avalanche danger, with dangerous conditions in the Kebnekaise Mountains, parts of the Abisko and Riksgränsen Mountains and western Vindelfjällen Mountains ahead of Easter, according to the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency's Avalanche Forecasts website. The number of avalanches has been at a record high this season, according to the agency.
