Government proposal would fine families with at-risk children

If parents do not cooperate with social services regarding their children, they risk fines and, in the long run, other penalties, according to a new proposal from the government. This is not a punishment but another tool to protect children, says Minister of Social Services Camilla Waltersson Grönvall (M).
