Sick and addicted people are being tossed around, treated as unworthy

People with addiction problems and mental illness are being bounced around between regions and municipalities and rarely receive the care they need, according to the government. A new law and several amendments are now being presented. They have ended up in a dark no-man's land where no one takes responsibility, says Minister of Social Affairs Jakob Forssmed (KD).
