Sweden in talks about nuclear weapons with France: We need to understand

France and Sweden have begun an in-depth dialogue on nuclear deterrence - a historic step, according to Karl Sörenson, research director at FOI. The talks, according to Sörenson, could be about what would happen in a war if Russia wanted to use nuclear weapons and those weapons needed to be moved to other European countries.
