Filmfeber is Bio Capitol’s film club for young cinephiles aged 13 to 19, including lower- and upper-secondary school students. It pairs selected films on the big screen with group discussions, giving participants a chance to talk through each film with other young people and work through titles on their watchlists. Film scholar and popular-culture expert Gabrielle de Bourg leads the discussions. The next screening is themed “November Noir”, followed later in the month by an end-of-term screening. Screenings are scheduled every third Monday. When tickets are released, Bio Capitol links them on the club page and sends members an email. For a teenage visitor in Stockholm, the appeal is the chance to watch a selected film in a cinema and discuss it with peers afterwards.
