Expert: High Swedish electricity prices saved the electricity system

The cold, expensive electricity winter led Swedes to cut back their consumption - there was never an electricity shortage. In the west, however, Norwegians have been buying electricity at Norwegian prices. "It is not positive for Sweden, but it is something we are critical of," says Pontus de Maré at Svenska kraftnät.
