Business Sweden's Export Managers' Index fell to 54.1 from 56.1 in the third quarter. But it is the first time since 2022 that the index has been above the 50 mark in all four quarters of a year.
"The explanation for this optimism is likely a combination of a weaker krona, stabilising inflation and interest rates, and a recovery in important export markets such as Europe, North America and Asia," says Lena Sellgren, chief economist at Business Sweden, in a press release.
