Polestar to become a Dutch company, while keeping its head office in Gothenburg

Car manufacturer Polestar, partly owned by Volvo Cars, is to be reorganized from a Swedish into a Dutch company, Dagens Industri reports.

The change concerns Polestar's legal corporate structure and will not involve any operations being moved from Sweden. Both the head office and group functions will remain in Gothenburg.

Polestar was originally due to publish its nine-month report on Wednesday, but the report has been postponed indefinitely.
