It was in early April that a wolf entered a horse paddock and attacked a newborn foal. The foal was later found partially eaten in the paddock by the owners.
Previously, the Västerbotten County Administrative Board had assessed that it was a bear attack, but after DNA analysis it has now been determined that a wolf was responsible.
