Pehrson Urges Profit-Driven Schools to Exit Gracefully

The Government's investigator proposes restrictions on the right to distribute profits from independent schools and preschools. Education Minister Johan Pehrson (L) says that "speculators should get out with their heads first" – but does not want to see a profit ban.
