Detention facilities are criticized – expensive and legally unsafe

Sweden's detention facilities are costly and decisions about detention are not made on legally sound grounds. People who are to be taken into custody risk deviating and becoming part of the shadow society, the National Audit Office writes in a review and urges the government to act.
