The police received a call at 9:14 p.m. about a car driving into traffic and sent out patrols to stop it.
Then a call comes in that an accident has occurred, so we go there with a larger response and arrive at about the same time as the ambulance and rescue services.
Was the car deliberately driven in the wrong direction?
It's difficult for me to comment on that. We have a number of people we need to hear from before we can determine exactly how this happened.
The extent of the damage is unclear.
"It's a very big traffic impact. I don't know if the traffic is moving in any direction," says Andersson.
