Life-threatening injuries after snow accident in Hälsingland schoolyard

The student who was trapped under the snow on Monday when a snow cave collapsed in a schoolyard in Hälsingland has sustained life-threatening injuries, Uppsala University Hospital tells DN.

School staff had to pull the student out and begin CPR.

The student, who is of primary school age, is now being treated in the pediatric intensive care unit in Uppsala for those injuries. His condition is described as critical.
