Thousands without power, and a major snowstorm is on the way

Thousands of electricity customers in Gävleborg County are still without power after Storm Johannes. In the same area, SMHI has issued a red warning for "extremely large amounts of snow." Several municipalities are opening facilities where people without power can warm up and shower, and electricity companies are offering hotel accommodation.
