Umeå, cycling infrastructure targeted for vandalism.

Reports are coming in that unknown individuals have thrown a bicycle into Umeälven on the southern side near Kolbäcksbron.

A person who is in the vicinity retrieves the bicycle from the water.

The police head to the location and pick up the bicycle. A report is to be drawn up regarding vandalism.
