The Police Union: Politicians were too slow

The Police Union's chairperson Katharina von Sydow is not surprised that a larger proportion of serious crimes are not being solved. "It takes time to build up the crime-fighting capability and unfortunately, politicians were far too slow in realizing the problems that the police shortage entails", she says.
