A resident calls 112 that there is a fire on his balcony.

The fire department is quickly on the scene and extinguishes the fire.

It is unclear how the fire started and a police patrol sets up a report of reckless endangerment of the public in order to investigate the incident.

No person is believed to have been injured in connection with the fire.
