Discarded textiles are pouring into the Red Cross store in Malmö. Fundamentally, it's positive, thinks the store manager. But at the same time, there's a concern that a larger proportion of unsellable textile waste might sneak in, since it became prohibited to throw away textiles in household waste at New Year's.
