A 20-year-old man is being prosecuted in Eskilstuna district court for gross rape in the city, reports P4 Sörmland.
The man is suspected, among other things, of having forced sex with a 16-year-old girl together with another person during last summer. He is also alleged to have filmed the assault.
The man is also being prosecuted for obstruction of justice. According to the prosecutor, he contacted the girl by phone and threatened her, her family and friends to death if they reported him to the police.
