An explosion has occurred in a door in an apartment building in Kållered in Mölndal municipality, according to the police.
No person has been injured in connection with the incident, but there has been material damage at the site.
We could ascertain that the door to an apartment building was blown up. There was smoke in the stairwell and several neighbors had noticed this bang, says Jon Franzén, duty officer at the police.
The National Bomb Protection has been on site. The alarm came at 1 o'clock, and no one has been arrested yet.
We initiated a hunt for a potential perpetrator and talked to several witnesses and knocked on doors, says Franzén.
The site has been cordoned off.
