Ported after the scandal – may return after 25 years

The basketball scandal led to people with intellectual disabilities being banned from the Paralympics. 25 years later, they can be welcomed back. “This is a historic decision,” says Åsa Llinares Norlin, the chairwoman of the Swedish Paralympic Committee, in a press release.
