When regulation ended, the score was 114–114 between Miami and Charlotte, both teams fighting to get one step closer to the NBA playoffs.
In the end, however, Charlotte prevailed 127–126, keeping its playoff hopes alive. Miami was therefore eliminated.
Charlotte now needs to win one more game to secure a spot in the NBA playoffs.
