China's Solar Capacity Doubles with 212 GW Expansion

China's investment in renewable energy just keeps accelerating. During the first half of the year, the country expanded its solar capacity by 212 gigawatt. This corresponds to approximately as many nuclear reactors, and is a doubling compared to the expansion last year.
