Condemnation after Russian hypersonic attacks on Ukraine

Half of Kyiv's apartment buildings, about 6,000, are without heating after Russia's overnight attacks, which included a hypersonic missile. Lviv, in western Ukraine, is also believed to have been hit by the feared missile for the first time. The EU is reacting sharply to the Russian escalation.
