Smotrich says ICC has issued an arrest warrant for him

Israel's ultranationalist finance minister, Bezalel Smotrich, claims that the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague has issued an arrest warrant for him. He calls the order "a declaration of war," The Times of Israel reports. There has been no confirmation from the ICC.
