Several explosions have been reported on the Crimean Peninsula, annexed by Russia. Among other things, several military targets were hit in what is described as a Ukrainian drone and missile attack on the area, the Kyiv Independent reports, citing a pro-Ukrainian Telegram channel.
A fire has broken out at an oil refinery in Krasnodar, Russia, according to witnesses and images from the scene. The Kyiv Independent reports the fire broke out after the refinery was hit by Ukrainian drones overnight.
The Afipsky Refinery is one of the largest facilities in southern Russia.
