"The effect of explosive weapons on civilians is both predictable and preventable," says Rasmus Weschke of Norwegian People's Aid in a press release.
"Yet this trend has taken hold and become normalized. We can never normalize the bombing of civilians," he continues.
According to the report, over half of the deaths can be attributed to the Israeli armed forces. In addition, the use of explosive weapons that affect humanitarian aid has increased significantly, which in turn affects people in need of assistance.
