EU and NATO member Bulgaria's decision to stop sending weapons to Ukraine represents a clear shift.
The newly elected Rumen Radev argues that the war in Ukraine should be ended through diplomacy rather than military means.
"We have already given enough. Our country continues to suffer economically as a result of the war," he said on Wednesday, according to Ekot.
The weapons that Bulgaria previously sent have been reimbursed by the EU.
Radev has been critical of extensive support for Ukraine and its military, and has long advocated dialogue with Russia.
