The princess, known locally as “Princess Bha,” was the only child from King Maha Vajiralongkorn’s (regnal name Rama X) first marriage and had been in a coma for over three years after suffering from an abdominal infection.
The court said in a statement that her "condition continued to deteriorate" and that she "passed away peacefully."
The princess turned 47.
