Kiruna Church's Historic 672-Ton Move Begins Tuesday

On Tuesday morning, the journey begins for a unique move. When parts of Kiruna are being moved, the church will be moved too. This means a five kilometer long journey for the vast building from the old to the new city center. We of course trust our preparatory work. But we will certainly be on high alert all the way, says Magnus Utsi, site manager for the project.
