The population will be warned about airstrikes via an app on their phones. That is the idea behind the war app that the Swedish Civil Defence Agency, MCF, is now developing, reports Ekot on Sveriges Radio.
A similar app exists in Ukraine that warns the population when it is time to seek shelter.
The Swedish app will complement the warning systems "Hesa Fredrik" and "Important Message to the Public" on Swedish Radio.
