Sweden pushes for frugal EU budget

EU leaders are meeting for a summit in Cyprus, and among all the urgent crises on the agenda they will also discuss the EU's next long-term budget. Sweden is among the "most frugal" countries. "The rumor about the death of the frugal is exaggerated," says Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson (M).
