Swedish Olympic squad complete, Monsén is left out

Speed skater Felix Monsén has not been allowed to participate in the Olympics. He was not given the nod by the Swedish Olympic Committee. Monsén is critical of the decision. "The justification is that I have not met the basic criteria to be allowed to compete," he tells SVT.
