"I am not ready to play and therefore I have to withdraw from the grass tournaments in Queen's and Wimbledon," the Spaniard wrote on X.
"These are two special tournaments for me and I will miss them immensely."
The 23-year-old Alcaraz has won both grass-court tournaments twice before. Wimbledon starts on June 29.
Later this week, the second Grand Slam tournament of the year, the French Championships, starts; the reigning champion, Alcaraz, is forced to sit it out due to the wrist injury he suffered in April.
