Stockholm Road Tunnel Agreement Reached Amid Subway Funding Debate

Government, region and affected municipalities have agreed on a statement of intent for the disputed road project Östlig förbindelse, with an estimated cost of 34 billion kronor. The government has taken the subway as a hostage, says Åsa Lindhagen (Green party), councilor in Stockholm city.
