The Supreme Court decision strengthens Canada's position that the tariffs are "unjustified," Canadian Trade Minister Dominic LeBlanc said.
However, specific tariffs on steel, aluminum and the automotive industry are not affected by the decision, the trade minister noted in a post on X. "Crucial work lies ahead of us," he added.
