New wave of explosions – death toll rises in Lebanon

At least 20 people have been killed and over 450 people injured in a second wave of explosions in Lebanon, according to the country's health department. Israel's defense minister announces that the country's war focus has shifted northwards – and says that a "new phase" has begun.
