New red warning in flood-stricken Valencia

A new warning for heavy rain has been issued in the heavily flood-affected region of Valencia in Spain. Earlier in the day, Spain's royal couple and Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez were forced to flee the severely affected city of Paiporta, after being attacked with mud and trash by angry residents.
