Suspect Duterte acknowledges "responsibility"

The Philippines' former president Rodrigo Duterte is to be brought before the International Criminal Court in The Hague. On site, he acknowledges the "responsibility" to defend the country's police and military. But the court believes that he should be held accountable for crimes against humanity.
