Kremlin Ties Black Sea Truce to Lifting US Sanctions on Agriculture

Russia and Ukraine have agreed to avoid attacking each other in the Black Sea, according to the White House. However, according to the Russian power center Kremlin, the partial ceasefire cannot take effect until the USA lifts sanctions affecting Russian agriculture.
