India and Pakistan Discuss Potential De-escalation Amid Ongoing Tensions

India has attacked three Pakistani military bases, one outside the capital Islamabad, according to Pakistan's military. Pakistan has responded with rocket attacks against Indian military bases. Both countries claim to be ready to de-escalate the tense situation if the other party does so as well.
