Many Palestinians have left Gaza City after the military's calls for total evacuation, but not all have succeeded. Hundreds of thousands of people are still in the city.
Previously, aid workers on site have been informed that all humanitarian sites, except hospitals, must be evacuated. On Monday, however, Israel is urging the evacuation of an important field hospital, according to an official in the health department of Hamas-ruled Gaza.
The Israeli military has not commented on the reports.
No timetable has been made public for the latest Israeli offensive in Gaza City, which began last week.
