Public Transport Fares Cut Across Most Swedish Regions for Six Months

Now it will be cheaper to take public transport for six months. At least 16 of the country's 21 regions are cutting fares, according to a survey conducted by TT. "I'm happy that prices will be reduced, but the problem is that we haven't had time to prepare. Now we risk increased congestion," says Jakop Dalunde (MP), regional councillor for transport in Stockholm.
