Swedish Households Expect Lower Mortgage Rates in One Year

The Swedes believe that the variable interest rate on mortgages will be at 3.01 percent in a year. This is a clear decrease compared to two months ago when households counted on a mortgage interest rate of 3.29 percent, according to a new survey.
