It was a short and somewhat sour last trading day of the week on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. At the close, OMXS fell 0.5 percent.

On the large-cap index OMXS30, Saab was at the top. The share was up 2.6 percent at the close. Atlas Copco and Evolution were at the bottom, losing 2.9 and 2.2 percent respectively.

Among the slightly smaller companies, it can be mentioned that Fjällräven owner Fenix Outdoor's report surged 10 percent.

The Stockholm Stock Exchange closed at 1 p.m. on Friday due to the All Saints' Day holiday.

With today's decline, the Stockholm Stock Exchange is still up 7.2 percent for this year.

In the US, futures are pointing upwards after yesterday's sour stock market day. Tech giants Amazon and Apple's quarterly reports after the stock market close were received positively in after-hours trading.
