The price of oil on the world market has surged in recent days following renewed hostilities between the United States and Iran.
It also affects prices at the pump.
After a 50 öre increase on Monday, fuel chains are now adding 1.50 kronor more for diesel, according to their websites, where company prices are listed and which are usually followed by equally large changes for private motorists. The new price will be around 21.30 kronor.
The price of gasoline will increase more moderately, by 30 öre to just under 17 kronor per litre.
