Manhattan Shooter Blames NFL and CTE for Deadly Attack

The 27-year-old who shot four people to death in a skyscraper in New York blamed the deed on CTE – a serious brain injury that has affected over 100 players in the American football league NFL. NFL, whose headquarters is located in the skyscraper, has in recent years been forced to take CTE increasingly seriously and paid out multi-billion amounts.
