Medvedev's Shift from Liberal Reformer to Nuclear Weapons Advocate

Russia's former president Dmitrij Medvedev has gone from being seen as a liberal reformist to becoming one of the Kremlin's most vocal and hardline hawks against the West. In the week he growled so threateningly that the US president Donald Trump ordered the move of two nuclear submarines closer to Russia.
